My Top Issues

Invest in local public education

Bring AI based teaching tools to support teachers and personalize education for all children. Equal opportunity in after school sports for boys and girls. More after school STEM and Socratic Debate clubs in schools to enable an environment of open discussion. Each school should organize at least one math and science fair, and participate in STEM olympiads across Western Washington.

Support Homeschoolers

In cases where schools cannot support the needs of a child, offer support to Homeschool parents such as library services, education tools and training.

Cut the fat

Increase funding for instruction from 60% to 70%, cutting administrative support and overhead. Schools should not spend 40% of their funds on non-instructional support.

Regular, transparent updates on major projects.

Incentives for teacher-led initiatives.
