Housing
Establish a Housing and Neighborhood Manager to work with local and county officials to identify and increase affordable housing options in Garner. This position will also assist long-term residents by seeking financial resources to enable them to maintain and remain in their homes.
Infrastructure / Transportation
I will also ensure that sidewalks are planned for and designed, and that we continue to grow our beautiful parks system.

I will continue to strive for responsible spending by the Council and for economic development in our Town.
