My Top Issues
Investing in road repairs and maintenance
We have to repair our roads and increase the walkability of our sidewalks. We need to ensure that our public transportation system is meeting the needs of the residents who use it. Creating bike/scooter lanes to ensure safer roads.
Increasing affordable housing options
We need to have more pathways and options to affordable housing options and also concentrate on how to rapidly rehouse the unhoused.
Invest in local public education
We need to direct more funding to our public schools so that families will choose to send their children to Lowell Public Schools instead of looking for another option such as a charter school or private pay school. Pre-school for all children and more after school options for children to be busy and learning while playing.
